The Whiskey is matured in american oak sherry seasoned cask for a minimum of 18years.
Colour:Light auburn.
Nose:Clementine, creamy panna cotta, baked apples with sultanas and a hint of sweet oak.
Taste:Vanilla sponge and milk chocolate are beautifully balanced with fresh orange, citrus peel, and honeycomb. Finishing with sweet oak and orange.
