This sake is made using the best Iwai rice, grown exclusively
in Kyoto Prefecture, and water from the famous Fushimizu spring. We use the artisan skill we’ve built up since establishing
the Gekkeikan brewery in 1637 to draw out the delicate aromas and refined flavors our sake is known for.
