This is the pre-order shopping site of Fa-So-La DUTY FREE SHOPS, the largest number of shops and broader product range at Narita International Airport.
Through this service, you can reserve products in advance from an extensive selection of over 5,000 items, including cosmetics, perfumes, liquor, cigarettes, and more.
If you have already completed your pre-order, you can enjoy a more convenient duty free shopping experience.

With pre-ordering, you can access products not available at your terminal, no matter where you are departing from! Simply pre-order, and we'll have it ready for you!

You can order through our website no matter if you are not a traveler and a receipient of order items.
Our flexible service allows reservations even if the member and the traveler are different persons. If another person departs overseas, they can receive what you ordered on behalf of you.
In this case, please ensure to fill out the "Name of person who come to pick-up counter" field.
How to pre-order and pick up your item
Before departure
On the day of departure
Membership Registration
Start by
registering as a member
! You need to sign up for membership to place an order through our website.
Select and pre-order what you like.
Add the items to your cart and enter the required information.
Email notification processing your pre-order
An automatic email will be sent you to inform that your order has been accepted and processing.
*Your order has not been completed yet.
Email notification confirming your pre-order
Upon your order is ready to set up, an automatic email will be sent you to inform that your order has been completed (usually within 3 days).
Pay & Pick up
On the day of departure, please come to
the designated pick-up counter indicated in the email and provide the order number and your name to the clark at checkout.
You can receive the items when checking out at the register.
Information required for pre-order
- Name of the passenger (who come to pick-up counter)
- The airport terminal in use
- You can place an order through our website no matter if the traveler is a different person.
- It is not possible to order if the departure date, the flight number, or any other required information has not yet been fixed.

- Note: For passengers departing from Terminal 2, the pick-up counter depends on product types you order.

Pre-order will be accepted and must be completed from one month to two days before your departure by 1:00 PM.
Notes regarding pre-order
■Prices
The prices listed in the email and your account are the price at the time of application and do not include any discounts.
At checkout, the price on the day of your departure will be applied.

■Age restrictions for the sale of Alcohol and Tobacco products
We are not allowed to sell alcoholic beverages or tobacco products to persons under the age of 20.
■Duty-free / Tax-free Allowance
Each country has its own duty-free/tax-free allowance for goods brought into the country. The items in excess of the prescribed amount may be subject to taxation, confiscation, or fines.

■Restrictions on Carrying Liquids Aboard Aircraft
There are restrictions on liquids carried on board aircraft. Liquids may be confiscated if they exceed 100 ml or depending on the inspection status at the transit point.

■Restrictions on Purchase Quantity
For some products and brands, there may be restrictions on the number of items you can purchase per person.
Even if you have multiple orders, the total quantity will be taken into consideration, and
we may refuse sales at the time of checkout on the day.
