The Whiskey is matured in american oak sherry seasoned cask for a minimum of 15years.
Colour:Rich beech.
Nose:Gentle oak, vanilla toffee, candied orange peel and crystallised ginger.
Taste:Sweet citrus pastry is accompanied with creamy vanilla custard
and baked peaches. Medium finish with a hint of cinnamon.
