Satsuma shochu that played a big part in the shochu boom.Ingredients include Kurokoji black malt which fully brings out the refined flavor and Kagoshima Kogane Sengan potatoes which we grow ourselves or source from farmers. Duty-free product with great presence and much loved by knowlegeable shochu drinkers. Can be drunk with hot water or pre-diluted hot sake also brings out the full taste.
