This sake is the origin of Tatenokawa Shuzo's first attempt to produce sake with a rice polishing ratio of 20% or less. It has a gorgeous yet gentle and elegant aroma, a soft sweetness of rice that spreads easily on the tongue, and a long and pleasant lingering aftertaste with a deep umami flavor. It is a gem of the Tatenokawa Sake Brewery's best effort.
