Yume Subaru is a whiskey with a very unique flavor profile, aged in the same storage facility as umeshu (plum wine), allowing a subtle hint of plum aroma to permeate through the barrels.
The distillery is located in Wakayama Prefecture and is produced at the Kishu Kumano Distillery, which is blessed with a rich natural environment. This distillery is situated in the Kumano region of Wakayama Prefecture, famous for the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage routes, which were designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004.
