When burnt, Oud wood releases a warm and enveloping white smoke enshrouded in mystery and voluptuousness.
It was this idea that gave rise to the Oud Blanc note… I therefore tried to compose the scent of this smoke by combining the heat of Incense, the softness of crystalline white Musk and a creamy note of white Vanilla to create a warm/cool duality that suits it marvellously.
