This premium single malt Japanese whisky is created from our 3 unique pot stills and then aged in re-charred American white oak casks that previously held our family's cask matured shochu – ""MELLOWED KOZURU.""
In addition to re-charred American white oak, carefully selected single malt matured in Mizunara, Sherry, and other casks, gives ""The Mellow Bar Reserve"" its full flavour and rich depth.

Juicy flavours with a soft, caramel-like sweetness and a lingering sandalwood-like aftertaste derived from
Mizunara oak.
COLOUR: Yellow amber
AROMA: Lemon peel, Custard cream, Caramelized Japanese candy
PALATE: Quince, Marmalade, Japanese cinnamon candy, Sansho(Japanese pepper)
FINISH: Elegant bittersweetness with light spice and citrus
